As Red as a Burning Sun is a unique collaboration between Hans and Hennie.
Hennie Mahieu (15.11.1997) is a multidisciplinary artist who creates work that balances between the playful and considered. Hennie’s work becomes more personal layer after layer. She goes from painting to sculpting, working in a rather organical way.
Over the past two years, Hans gave a curated selection of his unpublished photographs to Hennie for creative engagement. The result is a visually captivating dialogue between their artistic visions.
Every work is in an edition of 10.
